Dixon Benz II

Dixon Benz II started their work experience in 1991 as the Chief Operating Officer and EVP at Benz company. Dixon went on to become the President and eventually the Chief Executive Officer of the company. In 2019, they also joined Versiti Inc. as a Vice Chair for the Versiti Blood Research Foundation Board of Directors. Additionally, they served on the Lubar School of Business Advisory Council at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In 2008, they joined LifeStriders as a member of the Board of Directors until 2017. Dixon also became a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc. in 2004 and served until 2013. Lastly, Dixon served on the Board of Directors for the ILMA (Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association) from 2001 to 2007.

Dixon Benz II completed their MBA from Lubar College of Business, with the degree obtained in 2001. Prior to this, they attended Valparaiso University from 1984 to 1989, where they pursued studies in Political Science and Psychology.
