Héctor Alejandro Silva Bejarano has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and industries.

Héctor Alejandro started their career as an intern at CANTV in 2011.

In 2012, they joined Huawei as a Project Controller, where they ensured compliance with client schedules and acted as a link between the customer and the company. Héctor Alejandro also conducted risk analysis for project life cycles.

From 2014 to 2015, Héctor worked as a Project Controller - PMO at Huawei Technologies, where they supported the development of strategic plans for the deployment of a DWDM project and handled project logistics. Héctor Alejandro also contributed to the development of service offerings for customers.

At KPMG Argentina, Héctor held the roles of Team Leader - PMO and Senior Consultant - Project Manager from 2016 to 2018. In these positions, they coordinated tasks for the Transformation project at Telefonica and led the management team for Complementary Projects. Héctor Alejandro was responsible for resource allocation, distribution, and schedule compliance.

From 2018 to 2020, Héctor worked at Kimberly-Clark, initially as an ITS Project Manager, where they evaluated factors for change programs, defined and documented projects, and monitored team performance. Héctor Alejandro later served as a Program Manager for IT Enabling Capabilities, overseeing various projects and managing program budgets. Héctor Alejandro'sfinal role at Kimberly-Clark was Program Manager for Enterprise Data Management, focusing on Master Data Management and ensuring milestone achievements across multiple projects.

In 2021, Héctor worked as a Cloud Project Manager at Escala 24x7 Inc, where they handled multiple projects related to Amazon Web Services. Héctor Alejandro managed risks, issues, and actions for clients and maintained engagement with AWS professional services department.

Currently, Héctor holds the position of Project Manager - Talent Experience Manager at BEON Tech Studio. Héctor Alejandro'sresponsibilities include leading, coaching, and mentoring multicultural groups of developers, ensuring client needs are met, and identifying growth opportunities and risks to the business.

Throughout their career, Héctor has gained valuable experience in project management, program management, risk analysis, budgeting, and team leadership.

Héctor Alejandro Silva Bejarano completed their Master in Marketing Direction and Commercial Management at ESIC Business & Marketing School in 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Telecommunications Engineering at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 2006 to 2012.
