Álvaro De Sayas Vergaz currently serves as Talent Manager at beonit, where responsibilities include managing the retail commercial team and overseeing end-to-end selection processes for clients. Prior to this role, Álvaro worked as Recruitment Coordinator at Jobandtalent, handling recruitment processes for large companies, including Inditex. Álvaro's experience also encompasses project management at ATPERSON, where project coordination and team management were key functions, alongside human resources responsibilities in multiple roles, including oversight of personnel selection and employment services. Álvaro has also conducted employment workshops for various organizations and is pursuing a degree in Labor Relations with a focus on Human Resource Development at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha.
