Regina Robbins-Smith

Regina Robbins-Smith has extensive experience in project management and estimation, currently serving as a Senior Estimator and Project Manager at Technicote, Inc. since May 1997. Prior to this role, Regina worked as a Project Manager Assistant at Park-Mark, Inc. from August 1991 to June 1998, where responsibilities included estimating, scheduling, and supporting the Project Manager. Regina's educational background includes studies at UMSL and Washington University from 1988 to 1993.
