Florian Racapé has worked for several companies since 2012. Florian began their career at Besedo Ltd as an Online Content Moderator & Fraud Specialist in 2012. In 2013, they moved to Centrecom Malta as a Customer Service Team Leader. In 2014, they took on a summer job as a School Director Assistant at British Study Centres. In 2015, they joined Lotto Direct Ltd as an Account Manager B2C & Sales Specialist. In 2017, they moved to EC English Language Centres as an Account Manager B2B. Most recently, they have been working as a Credit Controller at BePark since 2019.

Florian Racapé has an extensive educational background. In 2003, they completed their A levels at Lycée Bertrand D'Argentré in Vitré, France, with a focus on Litterature and Florian'story of Arts. From 2008 to 2010, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Université de Rennes 2 in France, and then completed their last year of Bachelor degree in Sociology at Uniwesitet Jagiellonski in Krakow, Poland in 2011. In 2014, they earned a Higher diploma in management and administration with a focus in Business studies from L-Università ta' Malta. Finally, in 2017 they completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA from London School of Commerce in London, United Kingdom.
