Niel Cody

Niel Cody has extensive work experience in various roles within the hospitality and business development sectors. Niel started their career as a Head Bartender and Bar Trainer at Living Ventures Restaurants Ltd in 2004, eventually moving up to Assistant General Manager and Bar Manager roles. During their time there, they achieved record sales and received training on how their department affected profitability.

In 2010, Niel founded Barmade Ltd, a company that provided affordable training programs for the hospitality industry. Niel served as the Founder and Business Development Manager, creating a range of courses that catered to different skill levels. Niel also ensured a balanced and interactive learning environment.

Niel later joined Etive Pubs Ltd as a General Manager, where they maintained full profit and loss accountability and implemented an improved EPOS system, resulting in increased gross margin and revenue growth.

In 2012, Niel became a Senior Account Manager at Beyond Stock, a company that delivers POS solutions as a strategic partner. Niel was responsible for the ongoing success of clients' EPOS solutions and fostered a strategic partnership with customers.

Niel then joined Amica Business Solutions in 2014 as a National Key Account Manager. Niel developed brand strategy and statistics systems, contributing to brand development, web traffic growth, and advertising revenue.

In 2015, Niel joined Bepoz Global Pty Ltd as an International Business Development Manager. Niel ensured the localization of the Bepoz product for various geographical markets, built strong relationships with colleagues and vendors, and selected strategic partners for company growth and expansion internationally.

Niel also served as a Creative Director at Pixie Dust Industries in 2016.

Lastly, Niel was a Founding Member of BRC Mafia from 2012 to 2018. The company provided complete service hospitality and event management and consultancy. Niel was involved in scriptwriting, on-premise consultancy and training, financial and stock control management, menu creation, liquor development, sales and marketing planning, coaching and mentoring, and food development.
