As a Business Consultant at beqom, you’ll play a pivotal role within our Services team, leading the implementation, support, and continuous evolution of our global HR compensation and performance management platform. It’s a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong client relationships, and delivering real impact.

What will you be doing?
Developing deep expertise in the beqom platform—understanding its full capabilities, how it delivers value to clients, and how data is managed across systems.
Leading interactive workshops with clients to explore their current performance and compensation processes.
Analysing and mapping existing (“as-is”) processes, and designing improved (“to-be”) processes using your knowledge of the platform—clearly identifying opportunities for optimisation and added value.
Supporting clients in configuring the beqom solution to fit their needs, including hands-on assistance with testing and user training.
Gaining a strong understanding of HR data requirements to ensure seamless integration and long-term success.
What are we looking for?
Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written).
Client-facing consulting experience, ideally within enterprise software or HR tech.
Solid understanding of HR business processes and related IT systems.
Confidence to engage and lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
A true team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed to support our global clients.
