Fabio Ronga

Fabio Ronga is the current CEO at Beqom. Fabio has over 25 years of experience in the software industry.

Fabio started their career at Oracle in 1993, where they worked in product marketing for Hyperion. In 1999, they moved to SAP, where they were responsible for the successful integration of Outlooksoft within SAP. Fabio remained at SAP until 2007, when they left to become CEO at Beqom.

Under Fabio's leadership, Beqom has become a leading provider of cloud-based compensation management solutions. The company's software is used by some of the world's largest organizations, including Nestle, Vodafone, and Comcast.

Fabio Ronga has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEC Lausanne, and a Master's degree in Business Information Systems from the same school. Fabio has also completed a training program for Board members of Swiss companies on governance best practices.
