With a background in web development and multimedia design, Frank has also worked as a Sr. Web Developer at the University of Pennsylvania and a Lead Multimedia Developer at Odd Graphic Company, LLC. Frank holds a Specialized Associate Degree in Graphic Design from Antonelli Institute.
