Sourav Shrivastava

Sourav Shrivastava is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit management and underwriting across various lending products. Currently serving as the Regional Credit Manager at Berar Finance Limited since December 2024, Sourav oversees the MSME vertical in the MP & CG region. Prior to this role, Sourav worked as a Credit Manager at Unity Small Finance Bank, focusing on mortgage loan proposals for Chhattisgarh, and as Portfolio Credit Manager at AU Small Finance Bank, specializing in underwriting and portfolio monitoring for home and mortgage loans. Previous experience includes positions as Cluster Credit Manager at Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd., Credit Manager at Poonawalla Housing Finance, and Financial Analyst at State Street HCL Services Pvt Ltd. Sourav holds a PGDM in Finance and Marketing from Sagar Global Business School and a B.Com in Tax Procedure from Maharaja Ranjit Singh College of Professional Science.
