Bambang Heruawan Haliman

Bambang Heruawan Haliman is an Indonesian citizen, born in 1962. He graduated from Krisnadwipayana University, Jakarta in the field of Management Economics in 1986. Served as President Commissioner based on the Resolution of the Extraordinary GMS on 2 June 2021, until the closing of the Company's Annual GMS in 2025. Previously, he served as Director at PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (2011-2016), PT Borneo Indobara (until 2017), and Golden Energy and Resources Ltd (until October 2015). He has served as Director at PT Berau Coal Energy Tbk (2015-2021). Currently, he also serves as President Commissioner of PT Berau Coal, the Main Entity of the Company's Subsidiary (since April 2021).
