Deswandhy Agusman

Indonesian citizen, born in 1959. He completed his Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology in 1985 and Master of Business Administration, University of Denver, Colorado, USA in 1988. Has served as Independent Commissioner since 2015, then reappointed based on a decision Annual GMS on 10 December 2020 until the closing of the Company's Annual GMS in 2025. He has held several important positions in various financial companies, both bank and non-bank, including Executive Development Program and Risk ManagerCitibank (1989-1990), Syndicated Manager of PT Nomura Indonesia (1990-1992), and Commissioner of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (2010-2012). Currently, he serves as Commissioner of PT Maybank Kim Eng Sekuritas (since 2015) and President Commissioner of PT Maybank Finance (since 2016).
