Edy Santoso

Indonesian citizen, born in 1971. He holds a Law degree from Padjadjaran University, Bandung in 1994 and a Masters in Law from the University of Indonesia in 2002. Served as Commissioner based on the Resolution of the Extraordinary GMS on June 2, 2021, until closing The Company's Annual GMS in 2025. Previously, he held positions as Senior Manager to General Manager at Sinarmas Forestry Group (2004-2011), Director at Sinarmas Mining Group (2011-2015), and Director of the Company (2015-2021). Currently, he also serves as Commissioner at PT Berau Coal, the Main Entity of the Company's Subsidiary (since April 2021).
