H. Darmono

H. Darmono is an Indonesian citizen, born in 1953. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta and holds a Masters in Management from the College of Economics (STIE) IPWI Jakarta, as well as a Doctorate degree from Padjadjaran University, Bandung in 2010 with the predicate Cum Laude. Served as Commissioner since 2015, then reappointed based on the decision of the Annual GMS on 10 December 2020 until the closing of the Company's Annual GMS in 2025. Previously, he served as Deputy Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia and had a career at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset until October 2014. Currently, he also serves as Commissioner at PT Berau Coal, the Main Entity of the Company's Subsidiary.
