Marsetio

Indonesian citizen, born in 1956. He holds a Doctorate degree from Gadjah Mada University and a Professor/Professor degree from the Indonesian Defense University. Served as Deputy President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner since 2015, then reappointed based on the decision of the Annual GMS on 10 December 2020 until the closing of the Company's Annual GMS in 2025. He is active as a Lecturer in various public and private universities as well as Speaker in seminars within as well as abroad. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy in 2012-2015. Currently, he also serves as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee and Commissioner at PT Berau Coal, the Main Entity of the Company's Subsidiary.
