Monika Dhyana Zakaria

Monika Dhyana Zakaria is an Indonesian citizen, born in 1977. He graduated from Atmajaya University in the field of Accounting Economics in 1999. Served as Director based on the Resolution of the Extraordinary GMS on 2 June 2021, until the closing of the Company's Annual GMS in 2025. Previously, he served several positions include Audit Supervisor at Ernst & Young Indonesia Public Accounting Firm (2000-2006), Finance Accounting Manager at PT Nabati Energi Mas (Sinarmas Alternative Energy) (2006-2008), Accounting and Consolidation Senior Manager at PT Bumi Kencana Eka Sejahtera ( Sinarmas Mining) (2009-2016), Financial Reporting and Accounting General Managerat PT Berau Coal (2016-2021). Currently he is also actively serving as a Director at PT Berau Coal, the Main Entity of the Company's Subsidiary (since April 2021).
