Sandy Indrawan

Sandy Indrawan is an Indonesian citizen, born in 1981. He holds a Law degree from Tarumanegara University in 2004. Served as Director based on the Resolution of the Extraordinary GMS on 2 June 2021, until the closing of the Company's Annual GMS in 2025. Previously, he served as Assistant Notary at Notary Office Lily Harjati Soedewo, SH (2001-2004), Junior Manager of Legal at PT Indomarco Prismatama (2004-2007), Senior Manager of Legal at PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (2007-2016), General Manager of Legal at PT Berau Coal (2016-2021). Currently he is also actively serving as a Director at PT Berau Coal, the Main Entity of the Company's Subsidiary (since April 2021).
