Suwandi

Suwandi is an Indonesian citizen, born in 1951. Graduated from the Indonesian Military Academy in the Army in 1973 with the last rank of Major General TNI. Served as President Director based on the Resolution of the Extraordinary GMS on 2 June 2021, until the closing of the Company's Annual GMS in 2025. Previously, he served as Commander of the Indonesian Presidential Security Forces (1998-2000). He has served as Widyaiswara Utama in the field of National Management System RI and Pati Headquarters TNI (2001), Secretary General of PBSI (2007-2012), Deputy 4 BPN RI (2007-2013), Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Peruri (2013-2017). Currently he is actively serving as President Director of PT Trisula Kencana Sakti (since 2018), President Director of PT Borneo Indobara (since 2013), and President Director of PT Berau Coal, the Company's Main Subsidiary Entity (since 2019).
