Joe Santana

Joe Santana has extensive experience in operations management within the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the VP of Operations at Berber Food Manufacturing (dba Mi Rancho) since July 2011, Joe oversees purchasing, production, distribution, budgets, human resources, personnel, and capital expenditures. Additionally, Joe has been a member of the Board of Directors for the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce since 2010. Joe's prior roles include VP of Operations at Berber Food Manufacturing from January 2004, Plant Manager at Golden Valley Dairy Products (a division of Land O' Lakes) from October 1997 to October 2003, and VP of Manufacturing at Ruiz Foods from November 1989 to September 1998.
