Michael Welling serves as the VP of Engineering at Bereave, where the focus is on leading the technical vision for a platform aimed at aiding organizations in managing loss compassionately. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Ironclad, including Senior Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineering Manager, following the acquisition of PactSafe, where the role was Principal Engineering Lead. Earlier experience includes being the Director of Engineering and Senior Software Engineer at Orr Fellowship, where leadership development was emphasized, as well as serving as an Associate Software Engineer at BidPal, dedicated to supporting non-profit causes. Michael's internship experiences include software development at Microsoft and firmware engineering at Lexmark. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University.
