Jian Tong Chia

Jian Tong Chia has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Website Developer at VCC Engineering, where they built web-based systems and commercial websites using PHP, Joomla, and other technologies. Jian Tong then worked as a Website Developer at Casey Allied Health and as a Software Engineer at Space Time Research (WingArc Australia), where they developed front-end and full-stack applications using various technologies such as Backbone.js, RequireJS, Scala, Java, and ReactJS.

Jian then founded Resermy, a real-time online appointment system SaaS for beauty and hair salons, where they secured funding and gained valuable leadership and entrepreneurship experience. Jian Tong later joined White Room as a Project Lead, responsible for scoping requirements, architecting software deliverables, and ensuring smooth operations of the development teams. Currently, Jian works as the CTO at Bereev.
