Britta Cordes

Britta Cordes is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in corporate tax management. Since January 2008, Britta has served as a Senior Corporate Tax Manager and Vice President at Berenberg. Prior to this role, Britta worked as an Assistant to the Chief Product Officer (Products/Tax) at HCI Capital AG from May 2006 to December 2007. Britta’s career began at SeibertLink Rechtsanwälte, where responsibilities included serving as Tax Manager from October 1995 to June 1999. Additional roles as Tax Manager were held at Dipl. Kfm. F.-J. Danne, WP-StB from July 1999 to March 2001, and at PKF FASSELT SCHLAGE from April 2001 to June 2005. Britta holds a diploma in Business Administration with a focus on taxes and auditing from Berufsakademie Stuttgart, completed between 1992 and 1995.
