Malte Delfs

Malte Delfs currently serves as Vice President at Berenberg, specializing in private debt funds across various asset classes including corporate direct lending and real estate, while supporting institutional investors throughout their investment processes. Prior to this, Malte worked as an Associate in EMEA Capital Markets at MUFG, handling loan origination and structuring for major corporate clients across the DACH region, and developed tailored client pitchbooks. Earlier experience includes a role as Syndication Manager at HSH Nordbank, focusing on loan syndication and sales of Project Finance transactions in the Infrastructure and Renewable Energy sectors. Educational qualifications include an MBA from FOM University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts from Duale Hochschule Schleswig-Holstein, complemented by practical training as a Banking Professional.
