Benjamin Silfen

Benjamin Silfen is a partner at Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti LLP, where management of complex commercial litigation matters is a primary focus, particularly disputes involving breach of contract and fraud in both state and federal courts. Earlier experience includes work at Stern & Montana, LLP on health care and insurance fraud actions, and various legal positions, including law clerk and compliance intern. Benjamin holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
