Jared Crain

Jared Crain is an experienced attorney with a diverse legal background. Currently serving as an attorney at Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP since January 2013, Jared has previously held the position of corporate counsel at VMware from April 2011 to January 2013 and worked as an attorney at Hogan Lovells from August 2004 to April 2011. Jared's legal journey began as a student practitioner at the CU Entrepreneurial Law Clinic from September 2003 to May 2004. Jared holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Colorado, obtained between 2001 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Cornell College, earned from 1996 to 2000.
