Josh Marks

Josh Marks is a seasoned attorney with over twenty-five years of experience in employment law, currently serving as a Partner at Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti LLP since January 2004. Prior to this, Mr. Marks held various positions including Partner, Special Counsel, and Associate Attorney at Hall & Evans LLC from 1992 to 2003. An alumnus of the University of Colorado, Mr. Marks earned a Juris Doctor degree from 1984 to 1987, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara, completed from 1979 to 1983.
