Benjamin Berg has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. In 2011, they joined Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group as a General Manager, where they worked until 2014. In the same year, they founded Berg Hospitality Group, and opened their first concept, B&B Butchers & Restaurant, which received great acclaim. Benjamin later expanded the concept to Fort Worth, Texas, and formed the Berg Hospitality Group to manage and launch new restaurants in Texas. Additionally, they acquired Carmelo's Ristorante Italiano in Houston.
Benjamin Berg obtained a Master's Degree from the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree at Tulane University from 1997 to 2000.
