Rachel Shoemaker

Rachel Shoemaker currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Berg Hospitality Group since February 2024 and has been functioning as a Human Resources Consultant at HRAlignment Consulting since January 2021. Previously, Rachel held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Paradigm Healthcare from September 2022 to February 2024 and was the Human Resources Director at Memorial MRI and Diagnostic from April 2016 to September 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator for North America at Schlumberger from January 2013 to April 2016 and as Office Administrator/Human Resources at Thru-Bit, A Schlumberger Company in 2012-2013. Rachel began career as an Administrative Assistant at Martin Gas Marine from 2009 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Mass Communication/Media Studies from San Jacinto College.
