Daniela Wendling

Daniela Wendling has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Daniela is currently employed as the Head of HR at Berge & Meer Touristik GmbH since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at 1&1 Telecommunication SE as an Organizational Development Consultant, where they led and coordinated HR projects and facilitated workshops and meetings. Daniela also served as an Agile Management Consultant at HR Pioneers GmbH, focusing on transformations, culture, and organizational development, as well as coaching and training for Agile HR and Agile Leadership.

Before joining HR Pioneers, Daniela had their own coaching business called Daniela Wendling Coaching, where they worked as a Systemic and Business Coach. Daniela also worked as an Agile Transformation Manager at Akademie Deutscher Genossenschaften eV., where they played a key role in driving agile transformations.

In their earlier career, Daniela held various positions at Akademie Deutscher Genossenschaften eV., EF Internationale Sprachschulen für Erwachsene und Berufstätige, Bridge2Think AG, and Volksbank Hunsrück eG, gaining experience in project management, sales, marketing, and banking.
