Dave Nelson

Dave Nelson has extensive experience in the electrical industry, currently serving as Owner and Principal of Nelson EDC since August 2013, focusing on electrical safety education, safety program development, and consulting. Previously, Nelson held various positions at Bergelectric, including Safety/Training Director and Project Manager, overseeing training programs and managing significant projects in commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors across Colorado and California. Nelson's earlier career includes roles as a General Foreman on projects valued up to $6M and as an Owner of NELSON EDC, which specialized in design/build commercial projects. Nelson's foundational experience began with an electrical apprenticeship, providing a solid basis for a career that spans over four decades in the electrical field.
