Rachel Cohen

Rachel Cohen, LMSW, serves as the Director of Community Health & Outreach Programs at Bergen Family Center since November 2023, overseeing initiatives that support families, including programs for seniors and those impacted by HIV. Previously, Rachel held various roles at ACE Programs for the Homeless, progressing from Senior Case Manager to Assistant Program Director, where responsibilities included managing teams, developing curricula, and partnership building. As Program Manager at Equity Project, Rachel launched vocational services during a local opioid crisis and contributed extensively to grant writing and outreach efforts. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University, a Master of Science in Publishing from Pace University, and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from Drexel University.
