Nena Winder

Nena Winder is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various roles within the HR field and legal support. Currently serving as a Stembureaulid at Bergen NH since March 2017, Nena has also worked as an HR Consultant at PAVO HR from April 2024 to October 2024, engaging with multiple clients in diverse HR functions. Previous experience includes senior HR roles at Robidus, where Nena contributed to social insurance, and as an assistant at Beaufin Bewindvoering & Budgetbeheer, providing support to guardianship administrators. Nena began a career in legal support as a juridical medewerker at Van der Wiel Advocaten. Additionally, Nena holds a Postbachelor in Employment Law from Avans+ and a Bachelor of Laws from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
