Gretchen Richer

Gretchen Richer currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Bergen Logistics since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Vivvi, where as the Director of Parent Experience from February 2020 to December 2022, Gretchen developed milestone communications and programming for approximately 250 families, managed survey content and analysis, and oversaw the daily family experience. At Union Square Hospitality Group, from December 2014 to February 2020, Gretchen held multiple roles including Director of Learning and Development and Director of People Operations, focusing on internal and external training programs, performance management, and employee engagement. Gretchen’s early career at Union Square Hospitality Group also included the role of Employee Engagement Manager, starting in January 2013. Gretchen earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Ohio University in 2000.
