Vikash Agarwal (MLE℠) has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. CA Vikash is currently serving as the Head of Finance & Accounts at Berger Paints India since 2022. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing financial system compliance, ensuring timely closing of corporate accounts, managing cash flows, and maintaining relationships with banks.

Prior to their current position, Vikash worked at GRASIM INDUSTRIES LIMITED (ADITYA BIRLA GROUP) from 2019 to 2022 as the Head of Finance & Accounts. CA Vikash ensured financial system compliance, managed finance and accounting activities, and settled legal issues related to taxes.

From 2015 to 2018, Vikash served as the Senior Vice President and Regional Head of Mortgage at YES BANK. CA Vikash played a crucial role in underwriting according to policy, evaluating credit production, and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Vikash also has experience in previous roles such as Head of Finance & Commercial at GRASIM INDUSTRIES LIMITED (ADITYA BIRLA GROUP) from 2012 to 2015, Deputy General Manager of Finance at Ruia Sons Private Limited from 2009 to 2012, Regional Credit Manager East of Unsecured Loans at Reliance Capital Limited from 2007 to 2009, and Manager of SME Advances at Axis Bank Limited from 2005 to 2007.

Their career began at Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants, where they served as an Article Trainee from 2001 to 2005. Throughout their career, Vikash has demonstrated expertise in financial management, compliance, and risk assessment.

Vikash Agarwal (MLE℠) completed their Executive MBA from the National Institute of Business Management in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2005, with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. CA Vikash also holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the same institute, which they completed in 2004. In addition, they earned a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2004. Before entering the field of accounting, Vikash pursued a B.Com degree from Calcutta University, Kolkata, which they completed in 2003. Their education began at Shri Daulatram Nopany Vidyalaya, where they obtained a Madhyamik degree in Physical Sciences from 1986 to 1998. CA Vikash also obtained another Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
