Anne - Marie Niklaus

Anne-Marie Niklaus, CPM, ARM is currently serving as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Berger Communities since January 2021. Prior to this, Anne-Marie held the position of Senior Vice President at Balfour Beatty Communities from February 2015 to December 2020. In their earlier career, Anne-Marie was the Divisional Vice President at Madison Apartment Group from July 2001 to February 2015. Anne-Marie Niklaus graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice from Mount Saint Mary's College in 1989.
