Katherine Winkleman

Kat Winkleman, CAPS, CAM, is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in property management. Kat currently holds the position of Senior Regional Property Manager at Berger Communities and previously worked at Morgan Properties in various roles, including Property Manager and Leasing Consultant. Prior to their career in property management, Kat gained experience as a Front Of House Manager at Home Delivery Pizza Pub. Kat holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University.
