Sarah Lebel

Sarah Lebel, CRHA, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Directrice RH in both Santé, Sécurité et Mieux-être and Opérations at Berger since September 2017, Sarah previously held the position of Directrice générale at Bégin et Bégin inc / Groupe NBG inc from July 2015 to August 2017. Earlier roles include positions at CSSS de Témiscouata, where Sarah was Directrice des Ressources Humaines et du Développement Organisationnel, Directrice des services psychosociaux, and Chef de la gestion de programmes from September 2010 to June 2015, as well as Conseillère en relations de travail during two interim contracts from April 2008 to August 2011. Sarah's career began as Directrice des Ressources Humaines for Enseignes Pattison and Groupe de Scieries GDS inc. from May 1999 to April 2008. Sarah holds a Maîtrise in Relations Industrielles from Université Laval, a Baccalauréat in Psychologie from Université de Sherbrooke, and has completed a second-cycle program in Administration et gestion des affaires at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
