Steffen Wagner

Steffen Wagner, LL.M. is a Research Associate and Doctoral Student at EBS University, Business School, where current research focuses on Venture Capital and Search Funds within the field of Entrepreneurship-Through-Acquisitions. They serve as a Member of the Supervisory Board at BERGFÜRST, a role held since 2022. Steffen has previously held positions such as Head of Business Model Innovation and Corporate Venture Capital at Commerz Real AG and Consultant at zeb consulting. They completed a Master of Laws at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, graduating summa cum laude, and hold multiple degrees from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, including a Master of Science in Strategic Management.
