Alexis Kinney

Alexis Kinney currently serves as the Executive Assistant to John Berggruen at Berggruen Gallery since October 2023. Prior experience includes a role as the Peter and Paula Lunder Colby College Museum Fellow at the Couse-Sharp Historic Site, where significant contributions involved researching the Taos Society of Artists and organizing an exhibition featuring contemporary artists from Taos Pueblo. Previous positions encompass working as a research assistant at the Lunder Institute for art of the American Southwest, and assisting the Office of Off-Campus Studies at Colby College. Additional experience includes gallery assistance at Topo Gallery and a photographic history internship at the Smithsonian Institution. Alexis possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Art History with a minor in Environmental Studies from Colby College and has completed studies at Université de Bourgogne and The Pingry School.
