Bill Ziemek is a Berglund Construction Project Manager working out of the restoration division. His responsibilities include subcontract analysis & compliance, COI's, ensuring all workers are protected and working in a safe work environment, negotiating contract values and scope reviews and leading the construction team to a successful finish.
