Ville Setälä

Ville Setälä has a diverse work experience starting as a Metal Worker and progressing to roles as a Maintenance Worker, Assembly Worker, and Robot Welding Operator. Ville then moved into design roles as a Mechanical Designer before taking on managerial positions as the Production and Quality Manager and later as the Managing Director at Retco Oy and Bergman & Beving. Throughout their career, Ville has gained valuable experience in various aspects of the manufacturing industry.

Ville Setälä holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences - SAMK, obtained from 2009 to 2013. Ville also studied Mechanical Engineering at FHV - Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences in 2011. In addition, they completed International Welding Engineer and International Robot Welding Personnel programs at LUT University in 2016 and 2014, respectively. Ville also has a qualification in Maintenance Fitter from Kokemäenjokilaakson Ammattiopisto from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Vipua viisastumisesta - intensiivivalmennus" and "Myyntijohdon Valmennusohjelma" from Trainers' House in 2021 and 2020, respectively. Ville also attended Reserve Officer School in 2008.
