Megan Cosby is an experienced professional with a strong background in merchandise planning and customer success management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Electronic Maintenance Associates Inc. since September 2020, Megan also holds the position of Merchandise Planner at Bergman Luggage since February 2018, focusing on merchandise allocation and replenishment orders. Previous roles include Buyer/Merchandise Planner and various positions at Mori Luggage & Gifts, as well as serving as International Student Minister at Georgia Baptist Convention. Megan's educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Intercultural Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s Degree in Religion from Carson-Newman University.
