Justin Pollard is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in appellate litigation. Currently serving as an Appellate Litigation Attorney at Bergmann and Moore, LLC since August 2020, Justin also holds the position of Appellate Court Attorney with the New York Appellate Division, Third Department, since August 2019. Previous roles include serving as a Wolcott Fellow and Judicial Law Clerk for Justice James T. Vaughn at the Supreme Court of Delaware and as a Law Clerk at The Powell Firm. Earlier in their career, Justin worked as a Network Engineer at Dorset Connects. Justin holds a Juris Doctor from Widener University Schools of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in social science/history from Thomas Edison State University, along with a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Blackstone School of Paralegal Studies.

Mr. Bergmann worked in VA’s Appellate Litigation Division, arguing cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veteran’s Claims and Mr. Moore worked as an attorney writing decisions for VA’s Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA).
