James Nickles Pe, Pmp, Ap

James Nickles has a strong background in the engineering and project management field. James started their career at The Sear-Brown Group in 1988 as a Structural Engineer/Project Manager. James worked there for 14 years before joining URS Corporation in 2002 as the Rochester Office Manager. After six years, James moved to Bergmann Associates in 2008, where they held multiple roles including Retail/Commercial Business Director and Business Segment Leader. Throughout their career, James has demonstrated their expertise in managing projects and leading teams.

James Nickles PE, PMP, LEED AP attended Purdue University from 1978 to 1982 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In April 2011, they became a LEED AP through the US Green Building Council. Then, in June 2013, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI Rochester. Finally, in August 2015, they completed the "Performance Reviews That Motivate" course offered by Dale Carnegie Training.
