Leticia Chiches Gonzalez

Leticia joined Bergstrom in December 2019 and has more than 17 years of experience in international companies in tier 1 in automotive sector. As Operations and Quality Director she is responsible for managing our facility in Spain to achieve operational, financial and economical results, focused on continuous improvement tools implementation and leading by example.

Prior to joining Bergstrom, Leticia worked for Eaton and Plastic Omnium serving in different positions in Operations and Engineering areas including General Manager role from 2015-2018.
