Adrian Defry is an accomplished IT and Cybersecurity Manager with extensive experience in managing IT resources, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives. Currently at BERICAP since August 2014, Adrian oversees all aspects of IT operations, including staff management and performance coaching. Previous roles include Senior Systems Administrator at Travelers, where responsibilities encompassed server and network management, and Systems Administrator positions at the Toronto Stock Exchange and Robert Half Technology, focusing on SharePoint and system deployments. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Enterprise Support Engineer at Microsoft and Systems Administrator at Datamation Systems. Adrian holds degrees in Cybersecurity and Computer Forensics from the University of Toronto, as well as a BIT from the University of Colombo School of Computing and a Higher National Diploma from IDM Nations Campus.
