Amgad Magdy has held various roles in the field of human resources and IT. Amgad started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Vodafone in 2010. In 2011, they moved on to become an IT specialist at Ericsson. From 2012 to 2015, Amgad worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Summit, a cooperation between Orascom and Sumitomo. Since 2015, they have been serving as the Head of Human Resources at BERICAP.
Amgad Magdy's education history begins with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cairo University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. After that, they pursued further education by attending the AUC - School of Continuing Education from 2011 to 2012, where they completed a program in Human Resources Management, specifically focusing on Human Resources Development.
In 2022, Amgad enrolled in the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, where they are expected to graduate in 2024 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Amgad'sconcentration within the MBA program is Crisis Management, demonstrating their interest in this field. Additionally, in 2023, they attended a workshop at the German Chamber to enhance their leadership management skills.
