Technical Sales Section Head at BERICAP

Khalil Tarik has a diverse work experience in various companies. Khalil started their career as a Maintenance Engineer at Mo'men Group in 2012, where they implemented and monitored the preventive maintenance plan for multiple production lines and equipment.

In 2014, they joined BERICAP as a Technical Support Engineer, working closely with customers to improve product efficiency and satisfaction. Khalil also coordinated the implementation of plans to upgrade customer production lines for cost-saving measures.

Later, Khalil became a Molds Workshop Engineer at BERICAP, where they managed a team of technicians and implemented preventive maintenance plans for injection molds. Khalil also focused on improving mold efficiency and conducted continuous improvement activities.

In 2017, they joined MT Catheter Technologies Ltd as a Senior Production Engineer, overseeing the establishment of injection and extrusion lines. Khalil successfully introduced lean manufacturing principles, resulting in a significant increase in productivity.

Currently, Khalil Tarik is working at BERICAP as the Technical Sales Section Head, responsible for evaluating and prioritizing customer support cases. Khalil serves as the primary liaison between the company and customers, providing consultation and solutions for their problems.

Khalil Tarik attended Helwan University Cairo from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, during the same period, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering/production from Helwan University Cairo.
