Nil Karaduman

Nil Karaduman is an accomplished procurement manager with extensive experience in sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Procurement Manager at BERICAP since December 2017, Nil leads the Middle East, India, and Central Asia Cluster for direct materials, overseeing supplier selection, strategic sourcing, and international logistics operations. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Manager at Bosal, where significant improvements in purchasing metrics were achieved. Nil began the career as a Senior Purchasing Specialist at Novares Group, further refining skills in purchasing decisions and supplier management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kocaeli University and studies in Finance at Istanbul University.
