P.eng Vishal Kauden

Vishal Kauden, P.Eng, PMP, has extensive experience in business development and project management within the packaging and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Business Development professional at BERICAP since April 2016, Vishal specializes in healthcare and metal packaging. Previous roles included Technical Sales Manager and Technical Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading the development of industrial closures and managing technical sales initiatives in various markets. Prior experience at Athena Automation Ltd. and Mold-Masters Limited involved project and product management, where Vishal successfully oversaw the implementation of PET injection mold systems, operational improvement initiatives, and comprehensive documentation processes. Vishal holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Business Management degree from the same institution, further complemented by additional education at Sheridan College.
